When you buy a digital file from EO Design, you're buying a personal-use licence – you own a copy of the file to enjoy, but not the copyright, which stays with the photographer (Eleanor Osada / EO Design).
You may:
- Keep and view the file on your own devices.
- Print it for your own personal use, at home or through a print service — including printing a copy as a gift for a friend or family member.
- Use it as a personal wallpaper, lockscreen, or screensaver.
You may not:
- Sell, share, forward, or redistribute the file to anyone else.
- Print copies to give away in bulk, or to sell.
- Use the image for any commercial purpose, or in any public, published, or promotional context.
- Edit, crop, or alter the image and present it as your own, or remove any embedded credit.
In short: it's yours to enjoy and print for yourself (or as a gift), but please don't pass it on more widely or use it commercially. Thank you for supporting independent photography! :)
