Shipping policy

Where we ship

We currently ship to the UK, the European Union, the United States, Australia and New Zealand, and Canada.

 

Processing time

Each print is made to order specifically for you once your order is placed. Please allow 3–7 working days for your order to be prepared before it's dispatched.

 

Delivery

Orders are fulfilled by a specialist print partner local to your delivery region, so your parcel may be sent from a different country than our own business address, depending on where you're ordering from. This keeps transit times shorter and, in most regions, avoids customs charges entirely.

Estimated delivery times and shipping costs are shown at checkout based on your address and order value; we offer free shipping on qualifying order values in every region we serve.

 

Customs and import charges

For the vast majority of orders, no customs or import charges apply, since your order is fulfilled from within your own region. Where customs charges do apply (for example, on select non-standard destinations), these are the responsibility of the customer and aren't something we can guarantee or cover.

 

Risk and delivery

Your order remains our responsibility until it's delivered into your possession.

 

Missing or delayed parcels

If your order hasn't arrived within a reasonable window of its estimated delivery date, get in touch at hi@e-o.design with your order number and we'll look into it with the courier.

 

Digital files

Digital File purchases are delivered instantly by download — no physical shipping applies, and no shipping charge is added.
